Fable Catering Menu

We would be honored to serve you!

We offer great variety on the menu presented and because we have a chef driven approach on the product we serve, we are very flexible on the menus that we develop and we can customize it down to exactly how you want. If you do not see something listed on this menu, don't be alarmed! Inquiring is the first step to building something amazing. We also accommodate any and all dietary needs, we also offer complete vegan options!

Entrees offered are priced per person and sides will have up to 2 options. Salads and Appetizers are priced as per person add on. Pasta is priced per person with option to add Salad, Bread and Meats.

Entrees:

Apple Craisin Chicken - $23

Seared chicken breast marinated with a blend of spices cooked down with a rich sauce made up of apples, craisins, and a smokey caramel.

Mediterranean Chicken - $23

Marinated with a blend of Mediterranean spices with turmeric as a base, topped with capers, kalamata olives, fire roasted artichokes, cooked together in perfection.

Stuffed Spinach Artichoke Chicken - $24

Marinated chicken breast with fresh garlic, salt and pepper, stuffed with a rich and creamy spinach artichoke mixture, topped with a roasted red pepper sauce.

Champagne Chicken - $23

Seared chicken breast cooked down in a buttery creamy white sauce with reduced champagne, crimini mushrooms with a hint of lemon and fresh garlic.

Chicken Piccata - $23

Pan seared chicken breast cooked down in a freshly squeezed lemon sauce reduced with a blend of capers, topped with grated Parmesan cheese

Stuffed Pork Loin - $22

Marinated pork loin stuffed with spinach, smoked applewood bacon and blue cheese, topped with a rich Bearnaise sauce.

Braised Beef Short Ribs - $30

Seared beef short ribs marinated with fresh garlic, rosemary and thyme, cooked and braised with red wine and beef stock with a mixture of mirepoix

Seared Pork Chops with Apple Compote - $25

Bone in dry aged pork chop seared to perfection with a buttery baste, topped with a rich apple caramelized compote.

Tuscan Salmon - $30

Wild Alaskan Salmon seared and cooked in a rich cream sauce with white wine reduced down with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and a hint of lemon.

Sandwiches

 

Fable’s Club - Sliced Turkey, Sliced Ham, Bacon, American Cheese, Swiss Cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on Sourdough (Served with mayonnaise and mustard)

 

Turkey Avocado - Sliced Turkey with provolone cheese, with an avocado aioli spread, lettuce, tomatoes, served on Sourdough

 

BLT - Bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, served on Sourdough with a side of mayonnaise

 

3 Pigs in a blanket - Sliced Ham, Bacon, Pulled Pork, with a whiskey BBQ mayonnaise mix, cheddar cheese, served on Sourdough

 

The Big Beef - Slice roast beef with a dijon mustard aioli, spinach, pickled red onion, provolone cheese, served on Marble Rye.

 

Vegan Avocado - Bagel Sandwich with avocado spread, vegan american cheese, spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and vegan bacon.

 

All sandwiches can be turned into wraps as an option

All sandwiches served with cookie variety, with choice of potato salad or pasta salad. Option to add on chips for additional charge

 

Pasta Luncheon - $13 a person

 

Penne Bake - Penne pasta mixed with a homemade marinara meat sauce with blended cheeses, cooked and baked together, topped with mozzarella cheese. 

 

Alfredo Penne - Alfredo sauce mixed with penne pasta with broccoli and mushrooms (Option to add chicken for an additional charge)

 

Lasagna - A rich pasta layered lasagna made up of a bolognese, bechamel, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. 

 

Smoked Gouda Cavatappi - A rich smoked gouda cream sauce mixed with the spiraled cavatappi pasta, served with parmesan and bacon bits.

 

All pasta is served with breadsticks, and choice of salad (Only one salad can be chosen)
